Refund policy
We have a 30-day replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.
Incorrectly Fulfilled or Damaged items
Pearco Creates utilises the printing expertise of OGO, who will replace or reprint an item if it has been delivered with defects or incorrectly (wrong design, style/colour/sizes). On receipt of a photo of the item received, OGO will reprint and send out a replacement at no charge. Pearco Creates’ customers don’t even need to send back the incorrect goods, you get to keep it. WInning!
Change of Mind
Due to the custom nature of each item OGO print, we aren’t able to offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind. ‘Change of Mind’ includes but not limited to
- Customer prefers another sizing
- Customer ordered the wrong colour or design
To be eligible for a replacement, You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to accompany the photo of the defected item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
